What type of fish?

Wondering if anyone knows what type of fish the blue fish is. This fish looks to have white on tail and on belly.

Blue devil damsel. Don’t buy it. They are incredibly aggressive and live up to their name. They will harass other fish in the tank to death

Damselfish. I agree with @Formulator. Don't buy them, they are a huge pain to deal with, aggressive like hell, and harras/steal food from other fish.
