The tube it comes out is about the size of a super thick pasta. Looks like a feather duster with a weird brown-tipped scepter of sorts ... its a white..ish tube and the feathers have some bright striped coloring.
Also ... is that a scallop of some sort next to it?? They were on the underside of a plate rock i got ... seemingly unfortunately.
