What's a good tank cleaner?

Assuming this is an empty tank I would use water, vinegar, and a vaccum. I would go out and get some vinegar. I normally avoid other chemicals when cleaning aquariums to avoid contamination.

Yeah I was wondering if there was a way to do it without vinegar. But, I went ahead and left my house at 11 last night and bought some lol
