Whats better than filter floss? Cut into squares.

I have a media basket mod for my fluval evo and looking for something to put in the top section that polishes water better than filter floss. UK amazon ect. Reading floss filters at around 1000 microns. wouldnt mind halving that atleast. Any suggestions?

You need 300 or lower, I use 50 most use 200 or lower

Struggling to find anything i can cut into squares thats filters 50 microns.

Look for filters that will fit in a canister filter, those can be cut up. check on BRS or check at your LFS
