What's going on with my tank?

So I'm wondering if I screwed my tank up. Tested ammonia and nitrite both were o. I was scrubbing normal red algae off sides of tank and took out part of my sand bc of the alage. Now it looks like white dusty stuff all over rocks and everything. Looks like when you dump vacuum container in trash except in the tank. Never had it happen before

Probably just from stirring up the sand as you mentioned. Good flow should clean up most of it over time, but I use a turkey baster to blast everything clean.

Well normally when I stir everything up it makes the water cloudy I've never seen it do this on the rocks and sand before.

Depends on how much you stirred it and the cleanliness of the sand bed. Use a turkey baster to blast water around the tank, it'll pass through your filtration and disappear.
