Whats this weird thing on my zoa colony?

Whats this weird thing on my Zoa colony, Its been staying closed for a week and these things are on or poking out of most of the heads. The other zoa types on the rock seem fine so far.

I have the same thing happening to one of my magician heads, not really sure why though as the rest of the coral is fine :/
