Yep. In my sump I have a refugium with a piece of gulf rock, chaeto, and bio media. the chaeto was clean when I got it so it probably hitchhiked on the gulf rock. There is a chance that the chaeto wasn't actually clean but I don't think thats the case. I have another tank that I also cycled with gulf rock and it also has one of these worm like things in the display that likes to hide in the rock. It doesn't come out a lot.any chaeto in your sump?
It doesn't have any spines or bristles though. Mostly smooth with some bumps like a caterpillar.Looks like a bristleworm.
I can. The head is in the picture just hard to see. Def not a bobbit worm. Speaking of which, I did have to remove one from the family tank down stairs. Luckily it was still small and in a rock that wasn't glued to anything. They're pretty neat. I wouldn't mind keeping one in a nano tank. Can you see it’s head to confirm it’s not a Bobbitworm?
