Otherwise, I would guess some type of barnacle. It looks to be extending and retracting too fast for a duster.

I'm not seeing any crab, but that would be awesome.
 
Looks just like it. What you see is the barnacle feeding. It's actually pretty cool to watch and I notice no harmful effects to the coral.

That's good to hear. I've scraped many a barnacle from the hulls of ships.
 
Well then, I'm just going to have to get me some oyster feast.
Stuff is awesome. I mix it with some tank water and reef roids and most of the tank reacts quickly. It's a staple food for our tank now.
