I've only seen this happen with my zoas when either; they were getting hammered with too much light suddenly, or nitrates suddenly spiked.

Any recent changes in the tank?

I did just receive it and put it in the tank on Monday. I tested before water change yesterday on Friday and nitrates were at 29. My turbo snail dies so I’m wondering if that was a factor.
Lighting is a Kessil a360xe on an Innovative Marine 15 Cube. I have it mounted at 9” and rn have the intensity at 20%
