My girlfriend in college(now my wife of 18 years) introduced me to these. What a wonderful drink. I LOVE em but they make me fat. My roomate and I used to make our own khalua. We made our own khalua and lived 30 minutes from Juarez. Now that's a poor college student.

I guess it depends on how I feel. If I'm feeling civilized then I go with some greygoose and tonic, but if I feel like gettin nuts then it's irish carbombs and miller lite. :occasion5:

Two favorite beers I'm surprised I haven't seen yet. #1 Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout, #2 Rogue Hazelnutbrown Nectar. To anyone who likes Newcastle, you'll think you're drinking water after sipping the Rogue nectar;).

Next on my list is some good absynthe. James hooked me up with the website a while back, but haven't gotten the wife to approve a couple of hundred dollar purchase for the good stuff. Amazing how a few margaritas can get me some fish equipment, but can't get her to pull the trigger on the absynthe... We picked some up in Mexico, but I'm a little afraid of it;).
