Cleaning my Orbit 4 the other day, the white plastic bearing/washer that guides and houses the arm’s axle on the outer end came loose. While I was able to put it all back together, the cylinder/wheel is rubbing against the guard and has become pretty noisy.
I can’t seem to find any stores (even AI’s parts store) that sells replacement arms, which is disappointing. Anyone know where I can find replacement parts for the Orbit 4, or, if any of the other gyres on the market have compatible parts?
Thank you.
