Where can I buy these 2 kinds of fish?

Looking on help locating a few different fish to be shipped to me. I am looking for a pair of red bandtail waspfish and a flaming prawn goby. See pics below.

I will do that as a last case resort. To many horror stories of fish arriving dead and I like to buy from independent shops 1st, if I can. Thanks for the suggestion
