Not a fan of LiveAquaria's prices and such, but their packaging and quality is alright. I personally don't have the budget or interest in what specialty places like TSM sells.
But I have bought from ReefBeauties recently and they have very fair prices and good packaging. They have a similar live guarantee as Live Aquaria

All fish should be QT'ed, but vendors do vary in quality. Some may send you fish that will die before they go through QT, local stores may sell you a fish that will just plop dead the next day... I would say it does matter where you get your fish, even if you are going to QT regardless.

The point of vendors like Dr. Reef at QuarantinedFish.us, who quarantined and medicated for 4-6 weeks before shipping, is that you don’t have to quarantine a second time. For those of us without the space or equipment to properly quarantine, that is definite value added.
