I usually order my CuC from reefcleaners, but a good deal of their animals come in very small. My current CuC is dwindling, and what's left are larger hermits, larger snails and a fighting conch.
The last time I added CuC, the very small hermits ended up being nothing but a buffet for the larger hermits and a few growing fish (Melanarus wrasse, Marine betta), while the small snails get ripped out of their shells by the crabs and a very large cleaner shrimp.
Who sells the best/most affordable med/large hermits (not giants, just common varieties that aren't pencil eraser size) as well as decent sized ceriths, astrea snails, nerites, etc?
