Where to place power heads on 180g

Hello, I am starting to upgrade my tank and plan to use 4 mp40’s on my 180 (72x24x24). Whats the best location to put them for an SPS dominated mixed reef? What settings? Any help would be great!

On my 180, I use 2 mp40’s on each side run at 100% reef crest. I use night mode. Not perfect, but works.

I have a mixed reef with all types of corals.
