Which chip do I need for Mp10

So I just picked up an mp10 that needs the chip to make compatible with my Neptune. I see there is a RF black chip to make it Mobius ready for 29. I also found an Ecotech Rf chip for 55.00. Which chip is needed to make Neptune ready? I already have the wxm module.​

You need the RF (Green) one for WXM pair using Apex controller.

I am pretty sure that for the Vortechs you can use the black chip and still use it with the WXM as long as you downgrade the firmware .

Say you buy a new Vortech that is mobiis ready, they have a firmware that allows you to downgrade to pre mobius so that the pump can me used in Ecosmart live and WXM.

So it will give you the option to upgrade to Mobiis later on if you want to without having to buy another chip.

Gotcha thanks. Not sure why i didn’t do this in first place. Called amd they no longer make green chip was told the black one will work. Thanks again for the replies

Any idea why they stopped making the green ones if they are the same sure I’ll take one if you dont mind.
Is the green one not mobius ready?
