Looks like u already made ur choice on the camera so congrats. For the lens choice it's a very personal choice based on what type of photography u do, what's ur budget and preference in terms of canon lenses or other lenses with a converter.
I started a thread today on lenses I use for photography on my DSLRs not a wireless camera shooter but it's not any different fro. DSLRs so checkout that thread.
Also in the stickynthreads above ull find some great posts as well a series of articles that I wrote which are very useful regardless what body ur using as parameters and concepts apply to all cameras.
Congrats on ur purchase, make ur research as above before u shortlist few lenses and share those lenses before u buy so others can chime.in and advise.

Canon offers some great Macro Lenses. (Assuming you want to shoot close up) Since you got the R Body you would need an adapter to use the standard Macro lenses.
It really depends on what interests you and how much you want to spend.
The standard lenses to own are the 15-35, 24-105 or 24-70, 70-200

I shoot Canon 5d M4 and 5Dsr with 18 different Canon lenses. Tons of other gear too.

I recently got a Canon M50 camera, I am using an adapter for the 100mm and 50mm lenses I was using with my old camera.

I really like the 100mm 2.8 EF IS USM for coral macros and close ups.

Get this lens and your adapter and you will be fine. It's on sale right now.
The image stabilization (IS) feature is worth it.

While I don't own an R mount camera I would guess that image quality is fine. But to get a proper answer to your specific question I would recommend going to the Canon Forums.

I guess with full frame the object you are photographing will be a little farther. Anyways worst case that you may need to crop the photo in editing.

For these photos I am using a top down camera box
