I’m gonna be upgrading my skimmer from an Eshopps S-120 to either the reef octopus classic 110SSS space saver, or the reef octopus classic 150SSS space saver. But I don’t know which. I have a 90g DT with a 20g long sump and a 29g refugium. For livestock I have a pair of skunk clowns, a pair of pygmy wasps, a dragon goby, a WTB tang, and a watanabei angel. I also feed my corals and nems meaty foods 1-2 times a week. Would the 150SSS decrease nutrients too much? NO3 has been 5-10ppm and PO4 has been 0.15-0.20 for a while now. I plan on eventually trying to add just one acro so I want nutrients much lower than that of course but I don’t want them to bottom out.
