White slime look alike

My tech has been running for about two weeks. All I have ever added was turbo start nothing else and I have this white see-through slime which clogged my filter floss immediately within 12 hours so now I’m running a roller mat 500 and now I noticed it on the sump and also all over my Aquascape. Anyone know what this could be and how could I avoid this?

More details would help. What size tank is this? Where did substrate & rock come from. I see where you are already running a 220G display.
