White specks

So I’ve never seen these before I went away for the weekend and came back to a bunch of these white specks over the tank. Some are on a coupon of corals any ideas? I’ve been told colonista snails or start of feather dusters but I don’t think that’s right. Here’s some photos and a video

Could be the start of spirobid worms. Or possible snail eggs.
