White spike on Borbonius Anthias

So I had these 2 Borbonius Anthias for about 6 weeks, did the whole QT for like 3week with copper pwr. But after I put them in the main tank I notice that one of them had a spike sticking out above his eye. I took him out . Did a fresh water did and nothing came out , no fluke or floating parasite. While is QT I did another FW did a few days later and nothing came out . So I played doctor took some tweezers and pulled it up.

No I see the other Borbonius Anthias has the same thing. It’s not ich cause it looks more like a spike sticking out of him.

The last 2 pic is after I pulled it out.
