White Spot on Porcupine Pufferfish

Hey everyone! I noticed this giant white spot on my puffers face today and have no clue what it is or where it came from. Please help!

Sometimes those puffers can spend a lot of time rubbing their faces up and down the glass, which can cause issues. That may or may not be what's going on here.
