These just started showing up this week and are quickly becoming more numerous each day. Anyone know what they are? Should I be concerned?

This is one of my first corals in my new tank. This one has been in there since Jan 30th.

They look like tube worm tubes to me. Watch them and see if any "feathers" come out of them. If they are they're harmless and just add to the biodiversity of your tank. They also all appear to be on the non-living portion of your coral, which also makes me think they're tube worms.
