White spots on live rock and back glass

Can anyone tell me what these white spots are on my live rock and back glass? I have noticed them for several days. They are getting larger and multiplying.

Spirorbid worms most likely. Harmless filter feeders!

I peeled one off and it’s flat and doesn’t move. Almost like a small hole punch of paper. Does that sound right? Thanks for the quick response

Yea usually hard flat and doesn't move.
