Please see the attached photo. Yellow longnose butterfly fish has started developing some white spots while in quarantine. Got him from the LFS after being in quarantine (copper treatment) for 2 weeks and then for another two weeks in my quarantine tank at 0.35 ppm. I thought this might be due to the stress of being in quarantine and have since moved him to the display tank. He only seems interested in eating every other day, but will nibble on copepods throughout the day. Is this something I should be concerned with and move him back to the quarantine tank?

Thanks for the help!

This fish is susceptible to lymphocystis but believe this is lympho but possible bacterial lesions. Are the dots raised or flush with skin?
Is fish breathing normal or heavy?

LS did copper or coppersafe? Copper treatment at 14 days is simply not enough as treatment level for coppersafe is a FULL 30 days and recommended level for this fish is 2.2-2.5 monitored with a reliable copper kit such as Hanna brand.
The circle at anus are is possibly the start of rectal prolapse and the fish may be stopped up/constipated in which brine shrimp would help loosen.
I would start with fresh seawater and re-quarantine for a full thirty days

They are mostly flush but a few seem to be raised slightly. You can't tell in the photo but there are subtle lighter yellow/white spots along his entire sides. Those are all flush. He appears to be breathing normally.

Both LFS near me use cupramine at 0.4-0.55. Previously I used copper power but even from the very beginning I had issues with it at 1.0 so I switched to cupramine as well. Are these levels ok? I will move him back to my QT and get him some brine shrimp. Do you think live brine shrimp might be better?

I have attached some more recent photos of him in quarantine tank. He's been in cupramine for about a week at 0.50ppm now and haven't seen any improvement. I gave him a 45 minute formalin dip and 30 minute methylene blue bath. Also been treating with Kanaplex for 4 days now to see if that helps. I have not been able to get him to eat for several days and his mouth and bottom are not getting any better.

Is there any more I should try?
