Yes it is. 29 to 35 can cause serious hydration issues. Once hes at 32, you can let the holding tank evaporate and top off with matching salt mix

Thank you so much!! Okay, getting some fresh RO/DI water going to lower the salinity in the observation tank. Have my corals sitting in the dip. Delivery day is going alright!

Okay!! Salinity is up to 30.8 in the observation tank and he is settled in! He loves the rock cave but has finally started coming out to explore a bit, snagged a terrible quality pic of him and posted in my new tank thread:

WTBTT is gonna be my next purchase. I had one for several months but lost it, I believe to a gut parasite. Just wondering, where did you order yours from?
