White wispy long filamemts ID?

Can someone tell me what this is? I was going to scrub it off of the rock but not sure what it is. I had some coral that used to have this when it fed but this is just on some live rock. A little hard to see but dead center.

Clearer pic under white light would help greatly however I’m guessing it’s either bacterial or a sponge. Please post better pics.

I can't I took it down. Might have been a sponge. It probably was. Is that type of sponge harmful or beneficial? I thought it was filamentatous algae. It is a bit spread out. There are a few whisps that I will leave alone.
