Who Needs Wave-Makers, When You Have Earthquakes!! (Security Footage)

Our security cameras recently captured the two earthquakes that hit California on July 4th (6.4 Magnitude) and July 5th (7.1 Magnitude).

These are pretty scary times for us here in California. They say that they are possibly expecting another large one in the days/weeks to come. Not sure what more our shop can handle!

We have been lucky thus far, and are grateful that no serious damage occurred (Only a few damaged Mp40's). The second earthquake was significantly stronger and lasted much longer. We are glad most of our systems are euro-braced because it seemed to keep the majority of our water within the tanks. The rimless tanks had much more significant spillage.

The clips are both scary and amazing. Scary in that it can all go down with very little chance of salvaging our animals. Amazing in that you can see the true power and force of mother nature.

We hope everyone who experienced this is safe and continues to be safe!

I also luckily live close by, so I was able to go assess the situation in person. Checking for cracked tanks or damaged plumbing.
