Good to know. I will blow on them with a turkey baster every week. You can, but I recommend blowing them off with a turkey baster every once in a while. In my experience, zoas don’t like things on them. But palys will attach sand to their base.
I will give that a try.I just use small rock islands as bases.
That looks amazing. I think all the colors on the sand make the tank look more alive.Mine are all over the sand!... Not by design
Too much. The pikachus have covered both their plug and their stem, the others are similarly overgrown. Some of them have managed to grow onto other surfaces they weren't supposed to. This is all because I haven't made time to put them onto rocks where they're supposed to be! Now they are like permanent fixtures in the sand. Bah!That looks amazing. How has the growth been since you have put them in the sand?
Most LFS have little rock rubble pieces you can get for cheap.I will give that a try.
I need to find some thin rocks.
It better to have a lot of growth than none!Too much. The pikachus have covered both their plug and their stem, the others are similarly overgrown.
