Why are clownfish so popular?

I'm tending not to agree with a lot of the comments. I have 4 oscellaris clowns from the same school. Whilst they are interesting to watch and great colours etc, the two much larger dominant clowns have turned into complete arses. I'm considering moving them on as they are such bullies to their siblings and other specific fish. The only ones to stand up to them are my flame angel, blue tang and powder brown who is getting his fins shredded. Oh for a peaceful tank again.

What size is your tank? I agree that one of the biggest lies told in the hobby is that Ocellaris Clownfish are Peaceful, when in reality they are all semi-aggressive/territorial to some degree (especially once they become established).

I love clownfish! I have a 2 ocellaris clownfish, 1 maroon clownfish and 1 percula clownfish. I love their dog like personalities. Their all have their own tanks too.
