Why do I have spaghetti and a cactus in my tank

I'm assuming these are anemone or sponges... Does anybody know what they are and if they are safe?
Both are of euphylias, please forgive the algae!

This is poriferan sponge which can Be evasive . Remove with a dental pick or small crochet needle and discard

Just harmless sponges. They might pop up in shady areas or might just never spread. They are filter feeders and don't sting or anything.
