Why do my digis and millies keep dying?

What would be a common denominator that would cause me to have a hard time keeping millies and digis which are relatively easy to keep sps alive while most others are doing fine? Parameters? trace elements?

300 gal tank with sump. 4 mp40, 2 gyre 350, 2 x 250 watt MH with blue led bars for supplemental blue accent light.

Alk 7.4
Calc 400
Mag 1300
N03 22
P04 0.4

Yes, I know my nutrients are a bit high, but like I mentioned before, pretty much everything else is doing fine.

Numbers seem fine so that points to lights or flow. What par did you have them in? How much flow were they getting? Millies can be finicky but digi are usually easy

Sometimes certain corals just don't like your tank for unknown reasons. Everything else looks very healthy.

Your alk is at 7.4 and NO3 is 22. I would rise my alk for the NO3 or keep the alk at 7.4 and lower NO3

EDIT I had bad connection and did not see your photos...acros. I would just leave your parameters alone.

Yea, I've been told that. Sux though, cuz I love the colors and growth of Bubble gum and forest fire digis. Montipora Capricornus i have no problems keeping. Lol.

Yes, it's a tag high, I know. But it's been like that forever. Maybe my older corals are used to it and the newer ones don't like it.

I've been buying frags, so I'm assuming Aquacultured, but who knows. I'll have to try an older named frag with lineage to see for sure.

Mine do well in 150 to 250 par and moderate flow. Mid tank and lower 3rd.
