Why does my tiger torch look like this now?

First pic was the tiger for months after I got it and then over the last couple months the torch now looks like the second pic
It closes up every night and opens to what you see every day so it’s not dying by no means
I have many other torches and they look better than ever
The flesh on the tiger torch is all the way down the skeleton so it’s still “healthy” but it’s shrunk up and I figured I’d see what y’all thought

I don’t see any signs of it splitting but I wouldn’t be mad if it was lol
Could you meet me halfway in Columbus to give the new head when it’s done?!?!,!

Hey there, I have one doing this same thing, did you ever figure it out and did yours eventually go back to normal?

Thanks for any info!
