Why does my toadstool look like this?

I got this toadstool about a month ago. When it was at the store it was upright and healthy looking. Now that it’s in my tank it slumps over but the polyp still come out. It also retracts its polyps sometimes during the day(randomly).

What flow do you have in that area? Toadstools like medium to high-ish flow, it helps keep them upright.
