Why has this happened?

This coral grew this large and looked as good as the "before" photo. It lost color over a period of months. It is now basically brown. The only thing that has changed is a new light that was supposed to better quality than the old one. Is the problem too much light? too little light? Something else?

Both of those corals look good to me.

Looks to me like you went from a white to a blue spectrum. That is the difference.

The lighting is different, but it is now brown under any light. I am going to re-post with another actinic photo. Thanks

Sorry, I put in the wrong photo. Added the correct one. It's basically just brown.

Probably lighting if that’s the only thing that changed. Did you give it an acclimation period with the new light (i.e. lower intensity for a week or two and slowly ramp it up) so the corals could get accustomed to the new light?

Yes. Everything else is doing great. This one is the only issue.
