Bought it 3 months ago a size of a silver dollar then about a week later it shrank to about the size of a dime. Every week or two it moves to a different spot. Weird thing is it's still feeds (piece of shrimp) every time i offered. Iested my water and All params are in range. Please help.

Need more info on the tank
What are “parameters are in range” ?
Stop feeding your stressing it out even more, it’s not happy so it’s moving to find a good spot

Well i dont force feed it just once or twice a week with a very tiny piece if raw shrimp.

How old is the tank ?
Your still feeding it by providing it raw shrimp

Well, could be partially from too new of a tank and lack of stability, so this is the reason we usually suggest 6mo minimum before adding nems, and I see a lot of posts lately w/ freshly set up tanks asking this type of question.

I also agree it's usually best to leave them alone and not spot feed for at least a couple weeks, unless they are bleached.

These could be your issues
