Why is my switch channel off?

Can anyone help me identify what is causing my switch channel to remain off? Here is the pic. I had it on always on previously and I just changed it to stream pump in an effort to have the gyres **** down during feed mode. Obviously user error. What did I do wrong to what am I missing?

You may not have anything programed for the steam group to say it on.

If your looking to just setup a feed pause for a switch channel that was always on is below:


Or are you using stream pumps with control on the 1-10v ports?
