Whybos ecotech ised products almost expive as the new ones

You would think the price would drop alot like most used studf but ecotech marine pumps mp10s that are like 5 years old are still a few hundred dollars

Your paying for the name brand product and the no cord in the tank.
I think its still proprietary information and is worth something to someone or the price wouldn't be their. Lol

I got waveboxes for a good used price. Yes they're big and bulky and ugly maybe but they work. Lol!

But don't alot of products and mostly ones I see on ebay are for parts only barely any full ones at decent prices

This is the one thing that blew me away after coming back 25 years later.
The price of those powerheads is just too much for me to wrap my head around.
I love the no cord look, it's a really clean look.
I started my tank with 3 32year old power heads that were still kicking (I was surprised)
Then I got 3 new ones to replace them as they were much smaller, each one cost about $25 each.
They work just great.
Eventually that patent will open up to other companies and I'll buy them then
Till then I have 3 32 year old back ups lol
