aquarium was running fine for 2+years with everything Red Sea connected. New Year’s Eve I was out and got a notification that some products had lost connection, didn’t think much of it. Here’s my problem though. When I’m at home and my phone is connected to my WiFi, I log into reefbeat and it shows nothing is connected. If I however turn WiFi on my phone off, I can now see and change things as normal. Anyone had issues like this? Could it be my isp/router causing problems? My internet at home works fine for everything else. I did delete my ato and try to re sync it thinking this would solve the issue but no. I now can’t get the ato back on reef beat, just says connection error every time. I’ve tried my partners phone too and it’s exactly the same. Done a hard reset on the ato and router etc. I’m out of ideas

reefbeat is broken for a number of people. You can connect if you turn off the wifi on your phone and go through mobile data. But you can't add a new device or such, if you reset something it's bricked until they get a fix "IF they get a fix"...

I can't help you, but I can tell you I have the same issue: when on the same WiFi network as the Red Reef hardware I can't connect to it, but when on any other network I can.
It's perplexing.

I’m having the same issue with my ato+, I’m trying to contact them to see if I can warranty it. A work around that I have found is it delete the device from ReefBeat, then forget your WiFi network in your phone. Start adding the device onto ReefBeat and log into the WiFi through the steps with ReefBeat. It takes a couple tries sometimes, but it’s the only way I’ve found to make it reconnect.
