I have my RO system in my Garage and have lines run through the wall and out to 50G barrels as well as to my ATO storage bin. Distance is about 50 feet. The flow is not terrible but I know it was better when the RO system was near the storage bins. The flow is not a huge concern since I typically make water way ahead of when I need it but it would be nice if it was more efficient. I thought of putting a booster pump in front of my feed line since my water pressure is only about 45 -50 psi. If I did that would it help with the flow rate much?

It will help.
More pressure will force more water thru the membrane.
