I'm concerned that my fluconazole treatment for my tank will reduce the population of copepods for my mandarin goby to eat. Has anyone considered this? (I.e., fluconazole reducing microalgae that pods eat and thus reduce pod population).

Thanks for your input/tips.

I have not heard of Flux treatment hurting the copepod populations but your concern is valid.
