Just want to know if both of them in the same tank would cause aggression between each other?

people seem to put to naoko, scotts fairy wrasse and whipfin fairy wrasses in the same group as: bull sharks, dascyllus damsels, thalassoma wrasses, titan triggers, diadema dottybacks, and transient killer whales

just kidding, but seriously, naoko are apparently quite pugnacious

i could be wrong because i think lineatus is somewhat assertive itself, so maybe it'd work ok.

@evolved is the wrasse man to ask, but i'm not sure i've ever seen him say, "yeah naokos are great, do it!! toss in a whipfin and a scotts if possible too!"

How big is the tank?

Unless it's >300 gallons, the naoko will be aggressive towards the lineatus, and the lineatus will stand up for itself and boss the naoko back. Best case - they maintain such a balance; worst case - one wins.

Yeah, I wouldn't do it.
