Will the kessil a360x wifi dongle run my program even if something were ti happen to my wifi router? Thanks for the help!!

If my router is off or some other problem with my router, will the wifi dongle run my light schedule and if so will it only run for the remainder of the day or will it start running it in a loop for say ? And will it continue to run without wifi ?
