So I am treating down my 125 and have three fish I kinda want to keep. They are not reef safe. The fish are a twin spot wrasse, orange spot rabbit fish, and a picasso trigger. Would they live happy in a 40 breeder?

Depending how big they are now, they may do OK for a while. The rabbit and trigger will get huge.

IMO the twinspot yes, the other two will quickly outgrow the 40 gallon breeder if they have not already. I had mature (6") one spot fox face in my 75 gallon that I sold. I purchased it when it was small (2") but it quickly outgrew the 75.
