Will this pump break in or is something wrong with it?

Hi all,

I'm in the process of cycling my reefer nano. I've put an Eheim compactON 2100 return pump in it. I gave it about 2 weeks to break in but is still really noisy. It's not touching anything in the sump and has a silicone matt under it. I thought it would quieten down with time but hasn't. I've attached a video of it running (skimmer off) and you can really hear the rattling sound. I've taken it apart and checked the impeller etc, everything looks fine. Should I send it back?
Thanks for your time if you had a look.
