Wiring T5 electronic ballast

Just purchased a T5 retro kit and not installation instructions. Lighting wiring diagram is on ballasts so I should be okay, but the power source installation is not clear in terms of ground, neutral and power. The Ballast is from HEP Group SI280, any assistance is appreicated.

L = hot or usually red wire
N = neutral or white wire
PE = ground
