Wisconsin Reefers - need some help

Well the job offer and promotion came in this afternoon. I am a little hesitant but I think that is just nerves so I think I am going to take the job.

Anyone know of a realtor and/or loan person in the Wausau area? Need to see if I can move on a house I have had my eye on for a while or find another up there.
