Am I the problem? Did I somehow caused miscommunication? I don't think so but please let me know if you find my any fault during this transaction. If you could point out my mistake, I will thankfully accept it and improve myself after giving him an apology. I clearly asked for pack 11 with modification. Here is a invoice for paypal.

I bought pack 13 from him. We wanted to wait until after the holidays to ship as it was about 2 weeks before Christmas. The day before he was supposed to ship in early January he said he “had a tank problem” and cancelled my order. No explanation. Nothing. I think he cancelled because they grew in the about 3 weeks and he didn’t want to sell them for that price. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
