How far in advance does Lou, Josh, and the rest of the Staff know on what day the Anniversary Sale is going to be held, or is it always the 2nd Saturday in August, so I can make arrangements to be there next year?

Its always in either July or August every year. You picked a good one to go to because we plan to make our 10th Anniversary our biggest one.
