The store was so big that a couple minutes after opening, and with what seemed like a couple hundred people through the front door, there was still room -

Did I mention that the store is big?!?

P.S. Some of those people are in the aquaculture farm section that is to the left of what you can see in this image.

It was also great to see and interact with so many well-known reef personalities including Jake (Reef Builders), Deven (Reef Dudes), Peter (Reef News Network), Richard (Afishionado), Jess (Waterbox Aquariums), as well as Lou, Victor, and so many others on the WWC staff.

It depends on traffic, how fast you drive, and what part of Miami - it could range from 2.5 to 10 hours (jk!). Your best bet is to plug both addresses into Google maps.

Wow extra late to finishing reading this thread, but it definitely looks like I’ll have to schedule a trip to Florida to “see family” soon!!!! @WWC what are the chances of a store like this happening in California in the future? My husband and I would love to quit our day jobs and help out with that! Hahahaha

We have finally started to add livestock to the farm. The systems in the farm are now ready and we are moving coral and vats in from our old farm as quick as possible.

Neat store. I had a chance to visit this week.

I'm really curious what the plan is for the large triagular tank in front. The glass is so tall it's difficult to look at everything from the top, especially with the rope in front, and it's a bit goofy to get on your knees and look through the glass. Will the water level rise in that tank as things grow out? What's the plan to show off the corals in that tank as they grow?

From Florida mother lives in Orlando, but you still need to open a store here in Vancouver Washington/ Portland Oregon area.

Glad you got a chance to come by and see the store. We try to keep the surface flow down during the day so you can see the corals from the top. The over flows are set in place so the water level will always stay the same.

"Wait was finally over last weekend when the World Wide Corals, Inc. 's new super store finally opened it's door to the public. Highly anticipated super store was covered by me few months ago and I have to say that after seeing it in it's full glory, it certainly has raised the bar/standards of local fish stores for me going forward. How so? Starting from dry good/ shelf displays, open floor designs, merchandising, livestock displays/farming/propagation stations and overall look and feel of the store was outstanding. (Have you seen the wrapped water containers? Little and subtle things, that makes a difference to the eyes of the consumers and it's something that guys at WWC is extremely good at) What I was most impressed was people that works there. These folks are not your high school kids or minimum wage workers. They are all carefully selected individuals who has been around the hobby for a long time with good amount of knowledge and passion for the hobby. Enough of me babbling.
